SENTRAL fitness

SENTRAL Fitness is a free 45-minute program we run at 4pm every Thursday.

The aim of the program is to help young people set healthy lifestyle goals and participate in resistance and cardiovascular based training.

Run by Dylan, a trained Fitness Coach and Youth Worker.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, bookings are currently required.
